  If you find yourself in Hesperia and your feigning for pizza then the pizza factory is a good choice. Granted, their biggest size is 16" and they charge 18" prices... I can still adapt. They have yelp check in specials and daily specials. Either option will make it better for your wallet. With that said the pizza is quite good. Not too much cheese and a good sauce. It's a pretty good pizza. I'd visit them again.
  
  Final note... The PF sponsors a lot of sports teams in the area. A company that gives back to the community is something that you have to support. Make this your pizza dining choice in Lucerne Valley.

  TL;DR Great gluten free pizza that is about as close to a traditional pie crust, not cracker style thin crust.  Not OK for Celiacs, but good for gluten intolerant folks.
  
  I am one of the few actual people that has no choice when it comes to gluten (i.e., I'm legit intolerant, not Celiac though).  I had resigned myself to eating the rice based cracker crust which has been my only option until I discovered that Pizza Factory has a real pizza (read bread like) crust.  These pizzas smell like "real" pizza, which was something I thought I'd only be able to enjoy vicariously.  I'm in love with the Hesperia special currently.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went on a friday night and there was only 3 family there. Told 25 min took a hour and 20 min to get my pizza. I ordered bread sticks after also with my pizza it was part of there Friday deal. After an hour and 30 min I told them to keep them I was never coming back. I seen 4 different people leave while I was there mad and upset because of wait time. It seemed like no one was trained all I seen was 7 people running around lost.......the owner she be ashamed of them selves and should train his employees better. I guess you probably dont care so I dont either I won't be going to pizza factory anymore guess you list a customer.

  Food was amazing I think they have the best tasting wings and pizza in the high desert also the customer service was outstanding very polite and respectful and didn't have to wait long for my food at all I recommend this to anyone who likes pizza and wings

  Moving up the hill 2 years ago I tried the pizza and was not a fan, however I checked it out last week and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a large pepperoni with extra cheese and it was delicious. Definitely gained a customer.
